When you see something you wish to purchase, for lotus jewel purchases click on suede colour then click add to shopping bag., if you wish to continue shopping simply repeat process. Follow the order process where you can choose your payment and delivery options.

All jewellery is packaged in a free organza pouch to keep your jewel in its best condition.

When you finalise payment on your purchase and have filled out the secure order form, you have a couple of options to pay for your order.

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we will bill the purchase to your account just as soon as payment has been cleared.

DELIVERY
At Lotus collection we aim to have your order on it’s way to you hours from receipt of full payment. The standard delivery of time of 3-5 working days will apply to most domestic orders. However, some product Items that are not in stock could take longer, Lotus collection will notify the purchaser be email or phone when this is the case. Lotus collection’s objective however is to have all products in stock at all times. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of international orders.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed at our on-line shop.
There will be a receipt attached to the Gift Voucher. The customer order number must be used to redeem the Gift Voucher upon its redemption at our on-line shop.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Unfortunately Lotus Collection does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from lotuscollection.com because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a gift.
If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you have not returned the item.
It is your responsability to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product’s are in a saleable condition upon return.

Firstly you must notify Lotus collection by email info@lotuscollection.com.au to obtain ID number, or please call on 02 66855369 during office hours.

You must provide proof of purchase being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from lotus collection.

All returned products must be:
1. unused, unopened and in original condition
2. undamaged
3. returned within 14 days of delivery.

In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund in the form of a Lotus collection credit note. However you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Lotus collection and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, wrapping and other fees.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. No responsibility is accepted for damage to goods when the care instructions have not been adhered to. Care instructions are on the labels and swing tags of goods. We advise the customer to be ‘gentle’.
